I make fabu breakfasts. I can make excellent coffee, and the most fluffy scrambled eggs (it's all in the wrist, and balloon whisk) and I am mighty good at making waffles too (don't over-mix the batter.) I think I learned to do this as a way of making up for the night before. :o

TURKEY lasagne?! I've never heard of such a thing. I'd have to taste it to believe it. Too bad I don't eat turkey. Seems like turkey could replace anything though. Everyone's always like "no, it's TURKEY!" or something.

I use ground turkey in alot of recipes
especially ones that normally use ground beef cause I eat beef only if I am at a staff function where I can get free steak
but yeah, ground turkey is great

I once had a turkey living in my backyard. I named him Reginald. He was cute. I don't think I could ever eat turkey again, not without shedding tears for 'Reggie the Veggie'.

Marinating steaks in differant marinades.I love trying out new shit.Try to find this in your local market. Its vadillia onion marinade in a clear bottle so it looks yellow. This is the fucking shit on a steak.Place steak in a huge zip lock smothered in the vadillia marinade with veggies of choice.I prefer mushrooms, peppers and onions.Refrigerate for two days.Put the veggies in a tinfoil wrap and the steak on the grill.Try it you'll love it.Even if you're not a big onion guy /gal dont sweat it.I gave a steak to a buddy of mine w/out telling him it was an onion sauce(he hates onions)and he totally dug it.He was begging me to tell him what I put on the steak.Told him and he buys it all the time now.I wish I could remember the product name but I cant.Good luck to anyoe who gives it a try.Let me know.
Spaghetti w/ homemade sause minus the actual slaughtering of the cow for delicious meatballs. Balls of meat. Mmmmmm.
I don't mean to toot my own horn, but, beep beep.
Or my omletes. Shit be all fluffy.

kinda like the bedroom, eh jabumbo?
i make some wicked scrambled eggies/omlettes. for others, obviously.
i can bake really well. mix, scratch, whatever. i used to bake cakes and cupcakes and brownies and cookies just for the hell of it and bring them to my peer counseling class for everyone to enjoy.
i'm not too bad with a wok...and i make salads better than pretty much anyone else because i use EVERYTHING except iceberg lettuce. fuck iceberg right in its nutrient-lacking ass.

I tend to go all creative with eggs. No fixed recipe either, just what I can get my hands on that has a slight chance of tasting well together.
Actually I've chilled out on the exotic combinations (I actually tried peanut butter on my eggs once... :o).
I also make a few different types of pasta dishes, but being Italian... nothing beats my mom's cooking.

I make really good cakes, if I had a good oven. I have this gasoven now and nothing turns out right in it... :(
Foodwise my piece de resistance is woked sweet and sour vegetables. Usually I use what ever veg I have around, but the faves are sugar snaps, courgette, onion, red onion, sunflower seeds, baby corn, yellow and red pepper, broccoli and mushrooms.

What kind of eggs do you use, it's hard to get real carbonara where I live because of all the concerns over e-coli in eggs.

Agreed, BURN THE HERETIC!
I take that as a compliment, heretic is a good word! ..... and besides I said it can be done vegan friendly ... one can spread peanut butter on cats, but that obviously isn't necessary
I personally like jambalaya with as much diversity as possible - shrimp, some beef, some chicken, some pork, some sausage, different kinds of onions and peppers, and different kinds of spices ....

I use regular eggs....it's probably hard to get it though in a restaraunt b/c of the ecoli concern....that's why I can't get a good MR burger anymore (n) ...but the theory goes that the eggs should be room temp, then when you throw on the boiling hot pasta, then add the simmering olive oil, garlic and proscuitto/pancetta, that it cooks it enough to be safe....

Nutty cabbage noodles is a stir fry thing I learned from me dad. It's sort of like lo mein but you can't really call it that unless you use lo mein noodles.
I use peanut oil, garlic, some kind of chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds, tofu, shredded cabbage, lots of ginger, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil. It's important to wait until the last minute just before serving, before tossing on the sesame oil. It's delicate and it can burn and taste bad if it is overcooked.
