"The show is reimagining classic Warner Brothers cartoon characters in an attempt to make them more relatable to today's kids. Here are some excerpts:

"The new series will have the same classic wit and wisdom, but we have to do it more in line with what kids are talking about today," says Sander Schwartz, president of Warner Bros. Animation.

The plots are action-oriented, filled with chases and fights. Each character possesses a special crime-fighting power. Sounds familiar? The format echoes a successful show Warner Bros. launched in 2003 on its WB network and Cartoon Network called "Teen Titans," about five teenage superheroes.

With "Loonatics," Warner Bros. thinks it may have TV's next blockbuster cartoon on its hands. "The reaction by kids in test groups has been phenomenal," says Schwartz."

The only way to recover from this is, of course, a Roadrunner movie.

An hour and a half of Acne product placement, yesssssss!

Yeah, Justin Timberlake has told those other 4 dudes that he has zero interest in doing any *NSYNC-related shenanigans.

I remember it, don't`cha know.

And Uncle Ted's (Ted, was it?) heart boxers. Bobby's spider doll-thing...

The BEST episode was where Bobby went to a birthday party in new shoes, and his mom told him not to go in any mud puddles, but he did anyway -- and he and the mud sang together.

Oh, and

"Underwater the fish don't stink!"

The saddest was about the crossing guard teaching him about shapes, and then the crossing guard died.

Wow.
