in frying pan pour about 1 cup grapefruit juice
a shake or two or three or four (to taste) garlic powder (or the real stuff)
onions (chopped) (to taste)
salt and fresh ground pepper
bring to simmer
add chopped (like 2" cubes) tenderloin of chicken....cover and cook on med. heat for about...8-10 minutes.
check the chicken. ( i never know how long to cook)
the juice should be gone now, glazed onto chicken
if still pink cook longer, if not....
raise heat to high, uncover and brown each side.
yummy! sweet and spicy.
great in chicken salad too.
