I love cheese. I have trouble finding good cheeses where I live. The grocery stores don't often carry a wide variety of imported stuff.
I think my favorites would be Brie, strong and smoky; Camembert, sweet and creamy, then an aged cheddar then some kind of spreadable goat's milk, but I also like salty semi-firm sheep's milk cheeses too, and feta and parmesan. I don't think I have ever eaten a single kind of cheese that I didn't like. It just can't happen, such a cheese doesn't exist.
What's your favorite way to enjoy cheese? A savory quiche? A souffle? On a platter at the end of the meal?
Do you like creamy subtle sweet cheeses like mozzarella, or sharp smoky cheddars and brie?

Ricotta Salada. It's not mushy like Ricotta cheese. It's firm and crumbly with a kick of saltiness. Good stuff.

Brie is very soft but it's not spreadable. It's mushy. you can mush it. It's not as smooth as cream cheese or many goat's milk cheeses which are spreadable. It's smooth in texture though, it doesn't crumble.

Cheese I like, but don't know what it's called (I just ate it):
A small wheel of tangy white cheese I bought in the market in Aix en Provence (firmer than brie, but less of a tang than chedder).
Romanian Farmer's Cheese (salty like feta, but not crumbly)
p.s. No Limburger, my mother likes it but it's too strong for me.

I like mainly blue cheese, green cheese, brie, cream cheeses (almost any flavour), camembert, mostly soft cheeses, but I think my favourite is black Wästgöta Kloster (http://www.arla.se/templates/Product.aspx?id=2116&ProductID=107). For some reason I don't like Italian cheeses like parmesan or mozzarella.

This is far from elaborate, but its damned tasty.
Lately I've been toasting wheat pitas, putting humus on top & extra sharp cheddar (or gouda) on top and toasting them some more. After pulled from the toaster oven, extra-thin slices of Roma tomatoes are put on top. heaven.

I really like grilled halloumi.
One of my favourite recipies is grilled halloumi, stir fried red onion and some mint leaves baked in pastry and then cut into slices. Perfect party food.
The other ones I make are small pastry pouches with pear and blue cheese.
Yummy!

What's your favorite way to enjoy cheese?
Sitting on the banks of the Siene at the tip of the Ile de la Cite, with my handsome husband, a fresh baguette and a bottle of of thick red wine, on an early summer evening at sunset.

Believe it or not, Mainland tasty cheese (from new zealand), despite being fairly moderately priced, is very competitive with some of the more expensive tasty's you can get. It crumbles properly and has creaminess and tang.:p But yeah thats not my favourite cheese, it would probably be camembert, brie, fetta or some boutique italian cheeses my cousin occasionally gets from some famous deli. Ohhhhh a good parmesan is :p :p :p (thats drooling (y) )

I like to eat cheese when I drunk.
I had to leave a party once, just to go get cheese.
I like almost every cheese I've tasted. However not to fond of Blue Cheese or Gorgonzola. Gorgonzola is okay when melted into something sometimes but otherwise it's too... sour? I dunno the not so yummy flavor like blue cheese. I cna't explain it cause I haven't eaten it in awhile.

Yeah...tasty cheese generally is  I'm saying creaminess and tang in respect to really bland stuff, I'm not talking goats cheese here :D

Brie is probably my favourite cheese. Love nearly all cheese apart from blue cheese
Brie and camembert go well with port and cranberry sauce. If I had to choose my favourite sandwich filling it'd be brie+cranberry :)
