i'd need to see the ingredients. i'm sure it works well, but you don't need that, really. there are so many other cleanses out there that work well. and they suggest you enjoy their line of snacks...hrm, wonder why. it's probably a ripoff, man.

yea i was leaning towards that too. my buddy did it and said he felt great after but idk i was thinking maybe there was some placibo effct going on along with a little actual improvment.

not a clue. my buddys done it (the program im asking about, but hes no doctor nor someone id really trust with this sort of thing), says you loose some weight and feel really good. said it cleans your system out, and the first 2 days you dont shit but when you do its like a black tar. which is kinda gross. but idk, i think it might just be the not eating and excessive water drinking that makes you loose the weight (duh). and the feeling great i think might just be a little placeboed in anticipation like thats how your supposed to feel.

Master Cleanse

1 gallon of distilled water (minus a few ounces if you have a gallon container so you can shake it in that)
2 organic lemons, juiced
5 ounces organic GRADE B maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon organic cayenne pepper
drink 8 glasses of this throughout the day, all day. no food. nothing else. plenty of extra water (no more than a gallon), but other than that, you're fasting. that and herbal laxative tea first thing in the morning and last thing at night. you'll be crapping tar, but you'll feel great and you really don't get hungry at all. the syrup gives you all the calories and nutrients you need. most people lose weight on this, too, which is a bonus. but you'll be amazed how good you feel after doing this for at least 2 or 3 days. some have gone as long as two weeks :eek: but really, all you need is a few days.

bentonite rules. i mix the powder with apple cider vinegar for a great facial mask and mix a little with water for a quick cleansing drink. doesn't taste half bad, just a little chalky.
