FUCK Yeah mug.

I am not proud of my grateful dead habit but I went on tour for many years here in the states --- started when I was 15. I actually went on beastie boy tour across the country on my way to the west coast portion of dead tour. I rarely listen to em anymore but when I do I always love it. Most of the songs I play on the guitar are GD

respect! :D

Fire....................Fire on the Mountain.................. Fire.......................Fire on the Mountain.

Never been a big fan, yet because of a girl went from Mountainview CA. over to Sacramento, CA., then up to Eugene, OR ....and finally home to Seattle for a total of 9 shows. Had a blast, I'll never forget it. (y) Now I just grin when I hear the Dead, :D

American Beauty in 5.1 (http://rhino.com/store/ProductDetail.lasso?Number=74385) & a review (http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/print.php?ID=5357)

Workingman's Dead in 5.1 (http://rhino.com/store/ProductDetail.lasso?Number=78356) and a review (http://www.michaeldvd.com.au/Reviews/Reviews.asp?ReviewID=1735).

(I don't remember these being that expensive at Best Buy though)

.....and I think I might have said this before (oops; I will remember this time) but I guess I've invaded enough threads with this surround music stuff that enough people here know about it and can do their own research on it and I won't mention it anymore unless some incredibly big announcement was issued, like all the Beatles albums in 5.1 form or something. And I've done this on other forums too. Audio is a big hobby for me--that's my excuse. :o

Love em.....went to many a show back in the day....we used to go and camp out for tickets (back when you had to purchase them from the ticket office). One time it was February and about 15 degrees and not one complaint all night.....good times (y)

I'm not a dedicated fan or anything, but back in high school I listened to the Hundred Year Hall over and over for like a year. My cousin is a major Deadhead and had made me a copy. I think he was trying to convert me to Deadheadism; it didn't really work to that extent, but I definitely have an appreciation for them now.

I really enjoy The Dead. There is no way my mom listens to them, though. She has horrible taste in music; probably the only good thing that she would listen to on her own is The Beatles.

The Dead are awesome. I'll always have an affinity for independent musicians (The Dead, Phish, Widespread Panic, Jack Johnson, and Keller Williams). I am by no means a hippie. Hippies are from the 60's and smoked shitty weed.
