I knew this would be hard to explain cos my English is not that good :)
but I'm pretty sure it's Mike cos he's got a high-pitched voice in that one (when he's doin that ooh-ooh thing)
and it's after the second 'stanza' I think

and beastiemania samples didn't help either

I know what he's talking about, hard to write it down. At about 1:25 into the song. Kind of an ah ah ah ah ah ah sound. Sounds like Mike D to me. Whether he's just doing it or they're messing with a sample I'm not sure, but it sounds like Mike to me.

it's definately more high pitched than adrock's voice, it's def mike
