botch , coalesce, mastadoon , cave in , darkane , converge , children of bodom , old 18 visions, spitfire , god forbid , candiria , old hatebreed , messugah , the dilinger escape plan , every time i die , buried alive, hella , lightning bolt , shai hulud ok ok im gettin too into hardcore and not metal ... all these bands are insane but cave in " until your heart stops " has to be one of the best metal albums ever and steve brodsky was so young when he made those songs17 so basically hes a genius
