that stupid play is one of the reasons i really don't like ABBA.
I mean I was sick of hearing ABBA at every Wedding, every cheesy nightclub, and special event (I was an event planner for 4 yrs so I heard more than my share of them) and then they go and make a play. pukesville.

so I've seen at least three other bands mentioned in this thread that start with the letter "A". Is it a requirement that if you're gonna be a shitty Nordic pop band that your band name begin with "A"?

I don't enjoy abba but obviously comparing them with ace of base there will be no competition

Ace of base were awful- keep in ind they topped the bilboard single list for some time

i just want to forget them

ABBA used to be good cheese. But after Muriel's Wedding and Mama Mia, even my elderly mom is grooving to ABBA, and that was just too much.
