Hello,
That's interesting. Up here,North of normal we've going back and forth with regards to how the issue is viewed...both in terms of foreign policy,popular opinion and the protest movement....I believe there is only one valid opinion on the situation...and if Tibet was perched on top of 2/3 of the worlds fossil fuel deposits Mr. Bush would be intent on geting "freedom on the march"....sorry,little rant....Canada voted in favour of United Nations General Assembly Resolutions 1353 numerous times.The resolutions called for the end of practices that deprive the Tibetan people of their fundamental human rights and freedoms, including their right to self-determination.

I live in the u.k and if it wasnt for the beasties i would never have known what is going on.
i am really intrested in the subject and want to find out more, could u point me in the direction of some informative websites?
