Hey people,
Three songs that were off my radar,in that I didn't expect to hear them at the shows. All 3 were incredible and I've never listened to or heard them again in the same manner after the live shock....how about you?
1) "In Three's"
2) "Do It"
3) "Remote Control"
also the power of "Rhymin and Stealin" has got me as well, not when I saw them in the early days but after "Ill Com" was released pushed through Pink Floyds amps.... :D

I'm probably in the minority here, but I prefer the studio version of Remote Control over them playing live.

That's cool,I didn't even appreciate it truly, until hearing/seeing it live....it's the sneakiest trak on "H.Nasty" 4 me with the exception of "Instant Death" which is probably the most devastating recorded bit they ever threw out to the masses... (y)

I really like it live. Can watch the Glasgow show over and over for it. Each to their own I suppose.

yes,oh,yes....Jimmy James indeed....the only tour I've heard it on was the support for ""C.Y.Head" the first time I had seen them play instruments and it was in 600 person venue! (y)

wow! that sounds sweet! i wish i had been as commited to the boys as dead fans were to the dead, that way i would have seen all those shows all those years. i guess it's not a question of commitment but more like having the priority of having enough money for a shower along the way. sorry any hippies out there ;)

Do It Live at Brixton Academy was awsom (London 98), In three's 98 HN tour Wembley, London very good, but Remote Control again HN tour 98 London was OK but I do prefer the studio version!!...Egg Man WOW!!! 2004 live London. Root Down is my best track & is always a blessing to here that! different beats every time I here that the same as Skills to pay the bills & Pass The mic!! Brass Monkey!!! is just so funky!...But I have never heard Jimmy James Live! I would love to hear that!!....watched it many times on my recordings that I have! but its not the same.

It was sweet! The thing that strikes me the most about that gig and this last tour is how raw they were as players,Ad-Rock in particular, his playing ability has improved 10 fold....I've done everything I possibly could to see them live at great financial cost on a couple of occasions...never been disapointed....so I hear ya!

Shit,I have never heard "Skills to Pay the Bills" live! "Root Down" is one I have counted on hearing same as "Sure Shot" and "What'cha Want?" love them all.Even though at 1 show "W.Want?" didn't work out at all..I think Ad-Rock had no interest in that song on that night...but "Brass Monkey" I just never liked recorded or live....cheers!

MC Moot's got it, these are the 3 songs I wanted to hear this tour they didn't play much, I requested them for the roving cam's but they didn't play them.
I was fortunate to see "In 3's" in San Diego which I believe was the only time they played it on the Pageant Tour, I don't think they played the other 2 ("Do It" & "Remote Control")
The 4th song for me would have been "Unite" which they played 1 time in Europe during the Pageant Tour, but I think that was it...
A little something to wish for in the future...
