This is a pretty underrated album. Maps and Legends... Driver 8... Old Man Kinsey.... Good Advices... Wendell Gee.... Feeling Gravitys [sic] Pull.

Supposedly, Peter Buck always hated Wendell Gee, which is shame. Beautiful song, and his banjo lifts the thing.

I think along with Murmur this is one of my faves from them.

...I didn't care for it much when it first came out. A couple of my friends really insisted it was a great record. For some reason, once I got it on CD it made more sense to me.

I remember when Murmur came out, the LP labling was kind of murky. I went for months with a copy of the record taped with side two first then side one. That was how I knew the album for the longest time...
