None of the above.

In the 'cooler' bits of the year, my breakfast drink is this:

1 banana
1 cup plain soy milk
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 tbsp ground almonds
2 tbsp raw porridge oats
2 pitted dates

all whizzed up together in the blender.

In the warmer months, it's this:

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup apple juice
1 cup plain soy milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilly yoghurt
2 tbsp raw porridge oats

ande then, every once in a while I'll do a more tropical sort of variation with pineapple and mango.

That seems like a lot fo work ms. peachy. Sounds tasty though, but I never seem to have time for a complete breakfast.

Not really, just part of the morning routine. After I bathe, then I whizz up the drink - takes all of five minutes, at most - and then drink it while I'm getting ready.

I always eat ceral. I have OJ too. Apparantly drinking OJ with ceral boosts the iron intake. Whether that's true or not I don't give a diddly, tastes yum.

Ohhhh no! Slimfast is awful! I managed the shake for breakfast (which took me about an hour to get down)...and that was it. :D

Not the kind you have to mix yourself that's all watered down...
In the can... I know, I guess not many people take to them, but I do... and kinda proud of it. :)

EEEEEEEEEHHHHH, yeah, they don't do chocolate well at all! Unless your just feeling funky and debonair, or really starved... Vanilla's the only one I'll touch.

However this morning I had Nesquick... which can also be added to coffee if you can settle for that... though last Sunday I had a Heineken which I should do more often... :D J/K
