whats with the stuff, i left some in the stove for like 20-30 minutes on 450

and its not even hot

It is. Or, at least, it was. The aluminum (or aluminium, depending on what country you're in) foil heats to the same temperature as the oven. However, because its mass is so thin, it does not retain the heat, and almost all the heat of the foil dissipates as soon as it is out in the air, or when it comes in contact with your fingers. (Your fingers, having considerably more mass than the small surface area of the aluminum they come in contact with, also spread and dissipate that heat further.)
