its really easy and very good
i like to use the twirly multi colored pasta (know what i mean?) and just cook that up and throw in, peas, black olives, chopped onion, little tomatoes, sometimes some bacon, just like whatever sounds good, then dump on some ranch dressing (not too much)
the pasta soaks up the dressing, so sometimes i add some more as i go

i'd rather use italian dressing, or a vinaigrette or something. try adding garbanzo beans too. fuck, i love garbanzo beans.

I usually put olives, feta cheese, sugar snaps, pickled onions and red and yellow paprika and I make a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. I use gnocchi or those swirly pasta because the dressing gets stuck in all the "corners".

sugar snap peas are the yummiest thing this side of cotton candy. seriously, they're delicious. i eat them raw, or with dip. they're just peas that are very sweet, basically. a little more expensive than other peas, but mmm mm. (y)

i just made an AWESOME salad, man. i had vegetable spirals, cooked them pretty firm, then rinsed them until they cooled off. i added a bunch of diced black olives, a can of salad beans, diced red and yellow bell peppers, and then tossed it with garlic flavored olive oil and some red wine vinegar. it was SO easy, and seriously, fantastic. i have tons of leftovers too. and every single ingredient was organic

I buy this medditeranean pasta sauce that is kind of a yellow and orange pepper pesto and it works really really well as a pasta salad dressing if you thin it out with some extra olive oil and vinegar
I like carrot slices in my pasta salads too
whole wheat or multigrain pasta was made to be put into a salad
so perfect

i made one last summer with an olive oil vinagrette, cherry tomatoes, tri color pasta, corn, kidney beans (or garbanzos, if you like. when i was little, it was the only beans i would eat. hehe.), and peas. it's really filling though, so i just make it as dinner.
and garbanzo is a spanish word. i dont know where it came from, but i know it's spanish. :o
