I have been recently "Motown-binging". Can't get enough of that stuff. A lot of it I've already been diggin for awhile, but even the songs now that I've long mistaken for novelty I'm starting to rediscover under a new, more respectful light. I can't get over the good vibes that this legendary labeled produced with each and every release, plus the musicianship is amazing (RIP James Jamerson). I am particularly groovin' out to the Four Tops. Man, Levi Stubbs had a great voice. Any other Motown freaks up in this piece?

They're re-releasing a couple of the old Motown songs on an album called Motown Remixed with a few of the producers from today's hip-hop game remixing the tracks.

Check it out, some of them look to be pretty promising.

Now there's something to look forward to. Hopefully there'll be some good producers. Thanks for the heads up, squirrel master.
