It also was released on the Japanese version of Ill Communication.

I have it on a Japanese EP called 'Tour Shot'.

On the cover is a young lad with headphones on, sitting on a couch, holding the IC vinyl cover with his hands out, with a comic balloon saying "What are they givin' me?"

It came out in 1994, and the inside has a couple pages of japanese written by Matt Tekei. Then it has the lyrics for Sure Shot, Mullet Head, The Vibes, & Sabotage in english and japanese.
