"What is the red light district?" on the song "Get Back"

Well, I know that a red light district is a neighborhood where prostitution goes on (really referring to a place in Germany). I know Ludacris is from here and the place where he is from (college park) doesn't have much prostitution going on. I read somewhere he meant when he said "red light district" he meant no boundaries of creativity or something like that. That doesn't make sense though so I really think hes talking about a red light district here in Atlanta.

Oh, Luda. His music is so bad it's good. "Get Back" is, although a bumpin beat, the worst lyrics I've ever heard, but I think that's why I love it so much. He's hilarious, but I can't even tell whether he means to be half the time.
