So, I've taken roughly 250 pictures of her now, which is a bit excessive considering she rarely if ever changes up her poses. Hard to believe that tomorrow she'll be 2 weeks old already. They grow up so fast. *sniff*

And then somebody else bought her a "I Love Grandma" bib. So I had to go out and buy her a "Daddy's Little Girl" bib myself. How demeaning. I mean for me, not the baby.

I mean for me, not the baby.This is so wrong on so many levels. What if she hates cupcakes? It'll be at least 4 months before you know. Plus, what if her and Grandma don't get along? She'll be humiliated she was forced to wear these demeaning clothes. Just get her some Gap and Old Navy stuff and call it a day.

i think i was on student-hiatus while you've appeared on the board, so i don't know who you are, but congratulations all the same! you have the most gorgeous family i have ever laid my eyes on. and totally take lots and lots of pictures [ever seen one hour photo? all new parents dig the camera infiltration!], then when it comes to baby # 2, 3, 4.. you'll notice a gradual decrease in the number you'll take. [hey it happened to my family and i'm bitter!]

If I could do one thing over again about when my boy was a baby, I would have held him a whole lot more than I did and I thought I held him lots at the time. That sweet, cuddle-y phase goes by quickly. Too quickly.

Actually, it all goes by too quickly. There are some days that feel as though they'll never end but the weeks & months & years fly by.

She expelled infant projectile vomit only once, but it really only got on her blankets and whatever. The rest has just been minor spitting up here and there.

But there have been a couple of incidents where I've been in the middle of changing a diaper and I'm forced to accomodate a few latecomers/tardy arrivals etc, and then I have to start over...or wait until I know she's finished for real.

And no, Knuckles, I didn't cry. Dude, I was a pro.
