This is great for when you're out of butter.
Get your bread and spread olive oil over both slices, then do the same with tomato paste. Get like half a can of tuna [sorry to disappoint, NOT the cat-food variety!] to fill it, and hey presto! (y) You can put olives in if you like, but I personally think olives are... um, whats the word... oh yeah, "disgusting".
There's actually a proper name for this, but I can't recall... Anyhow, it'll taste the same either way. :D
