do you need all that space? How many bedrooms. . .looks like you and Mrs. Qdrop will have to fill all those rooms up with babies....or furniture.

That's an adorable house. You're getting a dog, right? The house just screams DOG. And FAMILY. I like it. *claps* You're all growns up!

I think we should provide decorating advice. I suggest a velvet rope just inside the front door. And also maybe a welcome desk witha phone on it, and a sign-in sheet. Then when he answers the door he can rush over to the desk and give them a brief introduction and some house rules then call himself to see if he's available for visitors, answer on his cell, then take them inside the rest of the way.

my girl has a black lab....so the fenced yard is perfect.

i'm getting either a english bulldog...or a rottwieler....

haven't decided yet. i prefer the bulldog, but they don't live long, are succeptable to more genetic issues (hips, palette) and are higher maintenance. and alot more expensive (like 4x more)

Don't get a rottweiler! It will eat your black lab, and your children. Talk about high maintenance!

1378 sqft.

lot size: 43ft x 120ft (smallish) but that's city living.

How long do you think before your friends TP the place? That's what I'd be thinking about, or them signing the front yard.

Nice spread. Owning is a good feeling.

I think the yellow suits it, too.....no matter how fruity it seems.

It's adorable! KEEP IT YELLOW! It's the perfect kind of house to be yellow! Dark green is for ramblers in the suburbs.

why is everyone nerding out at that house warming party. the only circumstances i can accept are mario kart double dash, its before 8pm and people are still arriving.

i forgot to ask whether you and your girl bought the house together or if it's only in your name and she'll be put on the deed later when you're married (or not if you're wanting to keep it a premarital asset).

oh, and i like the colors they chose on the walls. but the kitchen curtains have to go.

Hey you forgot to mention the Super Nintendo in the background, with super mario world playing :D

I just moved out myself, but I'm only housesitting for a few months :( Maybe I'll throw some pics up of the complete mess we've made of the place.
