Zzzzzzzzz........ for the most part.
P.S.
Ppppparkey, your list is somewhat wrong - the BBC lists London as:
Coldplay, Dido, Sir Elton John, Keane, Annie Lennox, Madonna, MariahCarey, Muse, Scissor Sisters, Sir Paul McCartney, Joss Stone, Stereophonics, Sting, Robbie Williams, U2, REM, Velvet Revolver, Bob Geldof, The Killers, The Cure, Snow Patrol.
But still - Zzzzzz......

I can't believe the Spice Girls are up there doing their bit for charity. The only 'charity' is to their own cause, to re-establish their careers in the music business, having fell flat on their talentless arses post-Spice Girls.
It looks like it could be a good one. They'll rope in plenty of people and coverage.
I wish I could make it.

I think it's funny how chinese-whispered festival line-ups always contain about 6 bands that have no chance in hell of reforming.
I can't wait for the day The Beatles headline again

Don't worry Cosmo,...I'm sure when they wouldn't be able to make the claim of "a who's-who of the top music acts in the world" without first including all your favorite emo bands like New Order- Joy Division and who ever else you gush over.
BTW,...I didn't see them included yet!

um, you've got the wrong person here. i don't really listen to emo acts, i can't listen to joy division, and i like about four new order songs and can't stand the rest. it's utterly unlistenable. i've said that here before. and i'm not the only one who thinks most of these acts are shit. of course they make that claim. they're promoting it.

I have rooms for rent for anyone from out of town. I'm sure the hotels will be booked solid. They probably were even before the concert was announced. 4th of July in Philadelphia is a great time all on it's own.
I have rates for hourly, as well as for the entire holiday weekend.
PM me for rates.
