the production on the first track is very original. I keep playing that over and over.

The Corner was false advertising. The rest are like throwaway Kanye beats. Not too impressed with the album, but it's not bad.

Yeah, he did. I think it could have done without the fruity keyboard, personally.

The two elements don't mesh very well, if you ask me. And the keyboard is too prominent in the mix. It sounds like it was added by someone else after it was recorded or something.

Chi-City is a good song, though.

At least Common will sell the way he deserves to this time around.

However, I'm not really a big fan of how this is almost a Kanye West album, considering his stamp on the way the whole thing sounds.
