i was thinking about this yesterday while preparing a salad and i had a multi-pack of different coloured peppers.
my belief is that red peppers are the best.
green too bitter.
yellow too bland.

Yellow ones are not as strong tasting as red and green, but nicer all the same. I've never had peppornchini, whats it like?

Yellow peppers are great in sandwiches with sweetcorn and red onions. And turkey.
