FUCKIN WELSH RAREBIT
Padster's Welsh Rarebit: Grate cheddar into a bowl. Add teaspoon of mustard. Add a few generous splashes of Lea and Perrins. Mix it all up proper like.
Spread all over two pieces of toast and pop under the grill until melted.
Then eat that shit! DELICIOUS!

Thats a coincidence, today on this show we have on day time tv "Ready Steady Cook" they did that as one of the appetisers for a 10 minute prep time dinner. Except they cooked the toast in the oven.

cheese really does go with pretty much anything
a kid i once knew had a theory that cheese and/or chocolate could be added to any dish to make it better. i havent been able to prove him wrong yet.

cheese would obviosly go on pizza, and you could put choclate on a caramel apple, and cheese can go with pretty much any fruit on a regualr basis

I love cheese, but I don't get the cheese on fruit thing.
I don't like cream cheese.
A couple of years ago, a friend of mine was on Atkins, so he was eating a lot of cheese. It was wonderful--I shopped for him and got him some really excellent stuff.
At Whole Foods, they had this one white cheddar and in the middle of it was a yellow cheddar (I think) smiley face, so that when you sliced the cheese, you always got a smile. I loved that cheese. Expensive but it was sweet.
i really do love cheese.
it's like... the greatest food ever.

The Mr. and I last night for dinner cooked stuffed pork chops. We put in a wonderfuly mild smoked cheddar, apple dices, basil, a touch of garlic and topped it with a balsamic reduction.....DELICIOUS (y)

yo the smoked gouda is the shit. the smoked cheddar i am not as much of a fan of but i see both at my local supermarkets. but one of my favorite cheeses was the Haverty(I don't know if i spelled it right or not) by crackle barrel, but they stopped making it.. bitches!!!! oh well!!! time to find new cheeses
