Tabasco Sauce

Anyone ever try it on anything besides chicken, or along the lines of that i once tried it on saltine crackers wasn't bad.

ugh i can't stand the stuff. my mom puts it on scrambled eggs. my boyfriend puts it on everything from pizza to fries to god knows what else. i just don't like it at all. it's not super hot and it's not all that tasty. :(

I think it's at it's best with it's little pal worcestershire in a caesar or bloody mary...mmmmmmmm.....and on the pizza,although I've switched to "Franks" for the pie as of late.... (y)

Yes, I like the green kind but not the regular, it's nasty.

I like regular louisianna hot sauce and use it on almost everything! I like more of a tangy medium hot sauce instead of a nasty tasting but real hot sauce you know. (y)

Tabasco Habanero Sauce!!!!

They also make a Chipotle one that is pretty good....nice and smokey. I have a bottle of Blair's After Death Sauce and it's probably the hottest stuff I've ever had. It has a warning label on it. I put one drop in a big pan of sauce and it was inedible to everyone except me (y)

i have this little container of dried jalepeno powder. i love to toss a shake or two in most of my dishes that i cook. that stuff has lasted about 5 years now...


some of the stuff i have in the fridge right now is really hot stuff. its a real thick sauce, and i love it

Cajun Chef (http://www.cajungrocer.com/images/2803_d.jpg) is pretty alright too. That Frank's stuff is wimpy but Louisiana Gold (http://www.cajungrocer.com/images/2423_d.jpg) trumps it in the taste category.

Still, Tabasco is my fav. I'm just conditioned to it I suppose. I have to put it on my pizza if it's around.

A good tip on buying hot sauce is to avoid those ones with the cheesy labels. Like if it's got a red bucking bull or a pepper with eyes and appendages on it then don't even waste your time. You need a sauce that's at least a little spicy and tasty.

Went through a spell of using tons of it but haven't used it since.

My favouritestest thing used to be pita bread, cheese, tabasco and toast it 'till the cheese is all melty.
