When I first got CYH and heard that song I was thinking "wow, this is ghetto" referring to the begginning noise you know where it sounds like a circus horn or something. :p Then I heard him rapping and I really got into the song and I was all like "wow". :D Yes, that's a real good song. (y)

I'm glad someone put this thread up...this song is not mentioned much because of the overwhemling like for So whatca want..but this song is right up there with one of the best they've done..but that's just my opinion.

I always felt that MCA was never the same after Stand Together.
It's like, what can Michaelangelo paint after The Creation that won't pale in comparison.

Well, this comparison is strong man
But its true in some parts....I agree that he raps so perfectly in this song. But say that he was never the same maybe is too much, dont ya think?

does MCA ever do this song solo in concert? the few shows that i've downloaded has all 3 of them sharing the rhymes when this song comes up. i wish MCA would do it solo like on the album.

It's a one-two punch w/Stand Together and Namaste.

The Horn is the best part man....Especially when it comes back in near the end.

i don't know if the horn at the end is from the same part that is in the beginning but i do know, alittle trivia here, it is a sample from the soundtrack of a movie called "hi mom" deniro's in it. one of deniro's first movies. it was funny cause i was watching the movie and i heard that part. it's always funny when you hear samples you didn't know where they were from and you're like "so and so sampled that!"

Hi Mom! it is called Hi Mom.

rap sample faq lists another sample for the song, i'm not sure if it is the one i'm talking about, the one at the begining, or what...
