Is my first post in here so Im not quite sure on the legalities, but it seems pretty common practice with unofficial stuff so I dont feel too bad in asking. Just wondering if anyone may have a copy of two mashup tracks ive been searching for
Beastie Boys Vs Peggy Lee - Check it Out/Dock Of The Bay Mashup (gringo starr mix i think it is)
Alive (Alan Hawkshaw Version) - not the 2 minute snippet from radio soulwax, im trying to find the whole track.
I have seen mentions of both these tracks around, but havent been able to find them on the hub (cept for crappy quality 96khz) or soulseek, the web etc...hoping someone might be able to point me somewhere else, or maybe have the track/s themselves which they could help me out with. Would be much appreciated
Also. Just wondering if anyone knows if The FFYE (Flavor For You Ear) remix and Rarity Compilation is out there in reasonable quality. I actually ordered this from the guy who put it together years ago and had it on CD when it was at around 10 discs, though this was back around the HN Era days. I stupidly lent it to someone who never saw fit to return it, so am now without a copy,. I have seen it on the hub at around 15 discs now so it looks like it has been added to, unfortunatly it is all ripped at 128kb for some strange reason(im a picky bastard with quality :)). Hoping someone may know of a better quality version floating around, or may even have the originals on CD that they feel inspired enough to rip.
