I like Eminem in doses.

I dug his material for "8 Mile"

I enjoy his political songs like "White America" and "Mosh."

However, I hate his "anthemic" songs that end up being played 6 billion times a day until I want to scream and blow things up ("Hi My Name Is," "The Real Slim Shady," "Without Me" and so forth).

The semi-poignant sensitive stuff like "Stan" is all right, but not that spectacular.

I dunno, for me, he is very hit-and-miss.

as far as party jams, I always loved "Cum on Everybody"

i dunno he's amazing lyrically, but rapping about killing his mom bugged the fuck out of me, i know that was his intention and all, but i wasn't like " thats horrible to sing about " it was more like " man thats stupid "

I liked the slim shady lp, but his music seemed to change after that. It became more poppy and boring in my oppinion. Especially his recent songs. They were only created to make controversy. I was also turned off by all the stuff he was saying about underage girls.

I am not going to respond with because "he sucks" because obviously he has done things throughout his music career that have earned him his status, however, I personally do not like him because I find his voice to be annoying, his songs to be catchy, but in the sense that they will drive you out of your mind should one get stuck in your head and I have no interest in looking at him. I will say that his videos are quite clever though.

i know eminem can come off as an asshole. but let's face it the guy can rap his ass off. plus i like him he has mad respect for the beasties. and look he is already the best selling rapper in history just under tupac, check the riaa stats if you don't believe me. so i have most of his albums, and to be quite frank i like the guy.
