Driving home from work, I pulled up behind a Honda hybrid at a stoplight, with a bumpersticker reading "Destroying civil liberties is like letting the terrorists win."
I want one. (y)

^^^I want one of those too.
I only have two bumper stickers. One is a peace sign on the back bumper and the other is a small "think" against the american flag. I have that one in my driver's side passenger door.
A car on my street is nearly covered in bumper stickers. I don't know how it passes state inspection.

I'd love to get myself one of these (http://www.evolvefish.com/fish/daremblem.html), but I think that (ironically enough) it would be lost on a nation full of reasonably intelligent people.

Have you ever seen one of the Darwin "fish" eating a Jesus fish? Or vice versa.

There's a bunch of those around where I live. My aunt has one. The ones I really love are the Darwin 'fish' being eaten by a "Truth" fish. The Jesus freaks somehow think that they have all the answers, and know the "truth" though nothing is certain on this earth and everything is just a THEORY - no matter how much "faith" you have. Faith is not proof of truth, it's just a feeling that brainwashed people have that keeps them from asking questions.

How do you know you're not brainwashed by secularism?
Faith is correct understanding that you act on that proves itself correct afterwards.

I don't see how it can be, given that sentance doesn't even make sense.

Because I still ask questions. I never claim to have all the answers, and I'm open to all opinions. I have never said "God doesn't exist, the big bang theory and the evolution proves everything and anything we have questions about." The people who claim to have the absolute "truth" from EITHER side are brainwashed. No one knows what truth is, plain and simple.

I've never even seen the original ichthys symbol with my own eyes. Partisan political divisions sound kinda fun sometimes.

It's the TRUTH fish eating the Darwin fish.
I have heard that before Darwin died he said that Evolution can't be the truth. (In all fairness, I don't know if that is true of not)
Darwin didn't say that. And the truth fish has been proven to be used by idiots, as is seen in my post.
Thank you, move along.

Sure I can. If anyone claims to have the "truth," they are an idiot. No one knows the truth, they can just have "faith." So by saying that you know the truth you're an idiot.
If they had a fish that said "Faith" that was eating a Darwin fish, then whatever.

Noooooo....it's the Jesus fish eating the Darwin "fish". And, hey, there's also one were a Darwin "fish" eats a Jesus fish. It's a Darwin "fish" because the damn thing has legs and therefore isn't a real fish. And it's a Jesus fish because that's what they called it on Seinfeld.

Here is the truth. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord. (Even you)
There will come a day when you will wish you never said that. I pray for you my friend.
Wow! This internet weirdo who knows nothing about everything, is telling me the TRUTH! I guess I better go and believe him and his magical, mystical book of lies created thousands of years ago.
Off to church I go.

It's not, and he didn't. That's straight up bullshit - just like everything else you spout.

I have a Darwin fish with feet. I think the "truth" Christian fish eating the Darwin fish is a clever response from them. We have a conservative baptist college in my neighborhood and they study at my coffee shop. They're nice kids and some of them have that new one.
My favorite new one is the curvy woman sitting down that you see on lots of mudflaps, except she's rainbow colored and she's on a sticker. That's a nice, in-your-face lesbian taking over the sexist straight male symbol.

Have you noticed that discussing religion (or anything else) with this fool is about as effective as head-butting your monitor?
And as enjoyable.

I designed a bumper sticker for Democracy Now! (http://www.democracynow.org) on WHLD for the Buffalo Coalition for Progressive Media, and now it's probably the most prevalent bumper sticker here in Western New York. Looks like this (http://www.radiofreebuffalo.org/DNsticker2.gif).
Assuming that them Support our troops ribbons don't count as bumper stickers.
It's useful when I want to leaflet cars with progressive leaflets for whatever reason. Then I go around to various functions and talk about events and people will say "Someone put a leaflet for that event on my car!" [mystery]
