I love eating with my hands (I'm odd sometimes). I need some examples of finger/hand foods that are also pretty healthy so I can get away with eating em! :D

I eat salads with my fingers. It usually gets frowned on by the person I'm with but fuck them.

I keep these at work and eat them when I have to stay later than normal:

raw almonds
soy beans
dried granola or granola-like cereal
raisins and figs

I don't keep these at work because I'd probably eat too many but--dots, the candy, are fun (not good) finger foods. :p

raisins
Raisons rule. Some people think they are old people food, but I love them. I throw em on my cereal.

I love them too. If I eat them in the afternoon though, they make me jittery. Too much sugar, I think.

I can eat them by the handful in the morning, though. They're usually what I eat if I'm hungry in mid-morning. I eat breakfast at 5 and then exercise hard and then I don't have lunch until 12:15, so it's sometimes a stretch...the raisins help. So does having milk and yogurt on hand.

Someone labeled their yogurt in the fridge today. It said, Don't steal this. I know where you live.

I like to quaify yogurt as finger food. Sometimes, there just isn't a spoon around. :D

It's lickable. I just had the best raspberry yogurt and I want more.
