Geesh, y'all read way too much into anything I write. I wasn't criticizing anyone's enjoyment of the goofy stuff. I like goofy stuff. I just don't find the material at the site all that revealing or telling.

I find it odd that we're supposed to go to Oscilloscope.net to find out information or see goofy stuff on the Beastie Boys when Beastieboys.com exists. That's all.

If you look at the site's stats (http://extremetracking.com/open;ref2?login=oscillos), you will find that Beastieboys.com is the number 1 website referrer to Oscilloscope.net. That, I find interesting.

Seems to me this website is something Yauch is fuckin around with in his spare time. Its nothing to get too excited about, but its cool to see the pics though.

I think the most promising point of pic 10 "studio pic" is the congas. Considering that the boys didn't set up oscilloscope until the TT5B sessions, and since their were no live congas on TT5B boroughs, this means that congas are either A) relativeliy new, as in they are working on sumpin, or B) they are at least jamming still.

I guess there is also still always the possibility that the congas are/were simply being used for the Bad Brains or Le Tigre projects that were recorded at oscilloscope.

Oh well. We'll know soon enough.

Yeah, but if I had a website and I had to take a photo everyday where I work or live, at some point in the first 10 photos you would see a bookcase, some CDs, a piano, a desk, some flowers, my beautiful wood floor and rug, a giant stuffed gorilla, and some coffee and tea related stuff because that's what I have that I'd be willing to show. If I had BBs action figures I'd photograph them.

What do BBs have at their workplace: phones, computers, and musical instruments. But maybe the next photo will be of their toilet. Who knows?

The account's delinquent status maddened Nathanial as his other goat became very lonesome and depressed, taking much of his time away from directing his other livestock for his acadamy's film debut in order to comfort and console the solitary goat. He promptly began working on an arkblimp. Once completed, he loaded all his animals and set off for New York City to settle the debt.

During his travel he wasted no time in getting some of the best panoramic shots ever to be taken from an arkblimp, and also took the opportunity to work closely on a few of the scenes and choreography of his film with his ever patient livestock.

He navigated the treacherous journey in record time, and then 3 blocks from Oscilloscope he heard a striking sound turning around just in time to see Mechamike coming around for an attack. Just then, MixMasterMike came out of nowhere and countered the attack saving Nathanial's life, as he landed safely and covertly atop Oscilloscope Labratories.

Originally built for the Beastie's Intergalactic spaceship, [which was last sighted in the Orient and currently treking the most inner and outer spaces via another dimension on long and highly classified missions...] the LZ had been renovated in due time with the appropriate modifications for Hornblower's arkblimp arrival.

Yauch, Mike and El were there to greet Hornblower and quickly miniaturized all the animals to fit in the Zoolander makeshift model for kids, as Yauch put on a pot of tea, getting ready to pull an all-nighter of analyzing secret blueprints and preparing schematics to strategically negotiate and breach New York Time's crawlspace... and so the mission began for Mr. Hornblower.

At the same time, Shazam was summoned to give the power back to the good people. Many were so confounded and degenerated at that point, that it took the aid of Country Mike and Max Headroom just to get many to recognize...

The New York Times reported confusion and the fright of many people due to ghosts inhabiting city's around the world. The Ghost Busters were called in and found the evil spirits were those of the infected criminals who had died. They were all promptly contained and disposed of.

Mike D became President and Benign Energy was deployed around the world.

Humans engaged in appropriating the right mandates and agendas fulfilling their true potential and lived a life the generations before them had only dreamt of and died for. Following generations appreciated this and aliens decided not to destroy the earth after all, but instead, shared their technology.

Scotty beamed all the Trekkies up.

Yeah, if that's true I imagine it's more Capitols idea than anyone elses, or the Beasties simply wanna run down some releases in their contract...which I hope not cos that doesn't seem positive at all.

The Anthology is good, cos it's got most the hits and so on, or the ones you need, plus a bunch of other shit that truly represents the Beasties over their career...aswell as the more rare tracks and b-sides.

It'd also be nice if just one group who's had a career of more than 5/10 years didn't put out a singles thing.

There was a weirdo in an Oscilloscope t-shirt at the Manhattan main Post Office when Mayor Bloomberg gave the Key to the City of New York to the Dalai Lama.

no kidding! Years ago I saw a guy in the street here in Paris wearing a XL shirt with a gorilla, he was kind of an old Rasta man really trash grey hair and beard, it was weird, like he had nothing to do with the surroundings!
