i hurt myself today. seriously. i think my foot is broken or sprained i cant move it around in a circle and i cant wiggle my toes. its really swollen and the bruising is kinda blackish. it hurts like a bastard.

If you absolutely can't, take ibuprofen (I don't know what that's called where you are), elevate it, and put ice packs on it (20 minutes on/20 minutes off).

Seriously, though, you could lose circulation easily if the swelling gets bad enough...get someone to get you to a doctor. Good luck.
