How many of you gave money to candidates for the 2004 political campaign? Adam Yauch (http://fundrace.org/neighbors.php?type=name&lname=Yauch&fname=&search=Search+by+Name) did.

I looked up Horovitz & Diamond too.
I feel like such a stalker now, ugh.

Yeah. I found friends and neighbors who I thought had more sense than to contribute.
Ben Affleck, who I thought was dating one of the Kerry daughters at the time donated $2000 to Wesley Clark

I gave $25 to the anti-bush tv-ad campaigns that were airing in my state, a swing state.
I volunteered my time with Kerry's campaign. Which was sometimes hard for me to do because it meant talking on the phone with people and I sometimes got into non-political conversations with them. :o
But I didn't donate money to the campaigns directly.

I sometimes got into non-political conversations with them. :o Yeah, I can't imagine having political conversation with strangers. I'd probably call them names.
I worked with a group that was trying to raise money for Kerry. They were throwing parties, socials, and whatnot. Seemed like an excuse to socialize but not fruitful -- not just in hindsight. :(

I recognized a couple names on this list (http://fundrace.org/neighbors.php?search=1&type=loc&addr=1880+Century+Park+E&zip=90067). It makes me wonder what the deal is with that addresss since that's what's listed for both Yauch and Horovitz... and Tracy Chapman. Weird.

I gave a lot of money for me and I'm not in there. Neither are any of my family members or friends who I'm sure gave to major presidential candidates. They do list other people in my neighborhood who gave a lot less than me. I wonder how they got the names?

I'm sure it's a business office. I noticed something creepy on that site though that wasn't a business office.

I've given money to Green Party UK but then felt dirty because even though I'm all for what they do, giving money to a political party when I support AI more who all about having no political friends/support type of thing, I thought the money might of been better with them. But you have to try these things before you know how you feel... :o
