Well, at work I spend most of my time on the net, waiting for info to come in or researching bits and pieces. So I have lots of moments where I'm just kind of 'waiting for something to happen'. It's not enough time to get into another project, just two minutes here, five minutes there, and so forth. So I kill time here because, why not?

Boredom, met some great people on here, its a firefox toolbar bookmark along with ebay australia, optusnet homepage, allmusic, afl website and my bank account. I generally open all of the bookmarks when I turn on my computer out of habit.

I started here usually when I was waiting for other things to happen so it filled my time.

I always have a book with me. But one day I started here so now this is the way I usually pass the time while I'm waiting for other stuff to happen.

For example, I've got two friends are are usually always 15-30 minutes late when we're due to meet. It's nearly predictable. I'll sit with the laptop while I wait for them to swing by.

I still do that--pass the time here--but now I come to check in with friends that I've made along the way. I'm addicted. I know it. It's okay.

Same here. :) Whenever i come online i generally log in and leave it minimised at the bottom of the screen - just in case anything exciting happens. I live in hope. :D
