The running bras that I buy are expensive ($30/each and I need a few of them to be in rotation so that I'm not doing laundry every day) but they do the job without giving me uni-boob.

I'm not huge--B-cup. Some women who are at least a C-cup run with normal bras or no bra at all. It looks like it would hurt, all that movement in all kinds of directions. Ouch.

In a brief moment of madness my friend and I went on one of those Dance Revolution machines (and discovered hidden talents...but i digress). I had to "hold" myself because i almost had my eye out on several occasions. We did gather quite an audience though. :D
