We went to a rooftop party at my best friend's apartment in Brooklyn, NY. It's always a blast with lots of food, beer, friends, and fun...OH and of course the amazing fireworks, too.

It was a great time!

I was sitting in a soccer field with about 100 or so people watching the fireworks which started at 9:00 p.m. At 9:10 p.m., the sprinklers kicked on. Mass panic. Soaked. Good times.

last year the canada day fireworks were on the fourth ( the first was to foggy ) a riot broke out. it was nuts.

It was a lil rainy at first. But I went to 6 flags, watched the st.louis firework show thing, visited my aunt's. On the 3rd I went to a family reunion thingie but I left cuz it was booorriiinnnggg!!! Went to my friend's pool party thingie. I think I ate too many nachos because I threw up last night. :o

i went to a wedding in Baltimore with my ladyfriend, then had Maryland Crabs on Sunday and made it back to Brooklyn last night for a cookout/rooftop firework party

it was good.

Movie hopped. Lots of drinking. Crazy drunks, myself actually not included on the night of the 4th, and from the view of my boyfriends balcony we could see 6 different shows at once (his patio overlooks all of downtown san diego, the bay, up to pacific beach ...if that makes sense to anyone).

I then proceeded to call in to work and spend my day at the beach, which I did. And while in the water I got pounded and scraped my knee up pretty bad, but it was well worth it. After I hobbled on down to the neighborhood patio mexican cantina, soaked up the sun, and drank mexican beer while eating a delicious carne asada plate.

That was only two days of my 5 day weekend. It was mahvelous.
