View Full Version : I find myself narrarating my life in my head a lot

*adam waits for someone's reply to his thread that actually doesn't deserve a reply. like anyone cares that he narrarates himself like a History Channel documentary. no one does. he should just go on about his regular business of making a complete ass out of himself. whoops, too late*

I really do it though. Extremely unsettling.

Hehe this made me laugh. I think the same thing when I make a thread "oh no it's too late", usually no one replys. :D

I do that too. Most of the time I imagine myself as a character in a film and I get all into camera angles and stuff and soundtrack.

For a long time I knew I was watching waaaaay too much Sex and the City when I started narrating stuff in my head the way Carrie does when writing her column.

"Are all men really flakes?"

i play little movies about me in my head too. i guess it's what youd call day dreaming, but i do it a LOT LOT LOT.

in my head im exactly how i want me to be in real life. now i just gotta figure out how to actually BE that way in real life.

when i go to sleep at nite and put on my headphones, i imagine myself performing whatever it is im listening to in front of an audience...not much compares to the excitement of when i come out on stage

What's really embarassing is when you find yourself talking out loud and didn't realize that you were doing it (like under your breath). Never happened to me though :D

"Listen brain, I don't like you and you don't like me. So just do what I want and I can go back to killing you with beer."
