I was watching the DVD the other day with the lyrics on for the first time and was fairly shocked to realize that I'd been singing the wrong words to So What'cha Want for years and years now.

Apparently, Adrock says "You know I get fly, you think I get high, you know that I'm gone, and I'ma tell you all why." I always thought he was saying "You know I get fly, you think I get high, you know that I want a double decker on rye." Come on, it wouldn't be the first time they'd dropped a rhyme about a sandwich.

I remember learning the words to Check Your Head by reading the lyrics along with the music, and I had everything else right. I don't know how I got that line mixed up. I have to say I kind of prefer my version, though.

In regards to classic lines, though, I guess my all time favorite is probably:

I just love the way it sounds, I'm not saying I promote exploding on girls' faces.

ahaha it's funny, i remember that song "summer girls" (at least, i think it was called that, it was a one hit-wonder white rapper dude) and the artist who rapped that song used "Girls with boyfriends are the kind I like, I'll steal your honey like I stole your bike '' but change dit to "i stole your honey like i stole your bike"...funny stuff
