you got a good laugh outta me on that one...

considering my dad was really strict about what we watched growing up and i didn't know that he had edited the movie 'Grease' (which I had seen 200 times) until I finally saw the "unedited" version last year and he removed the vhs when he heard Molly Ringwald mutter "They fucking forgot my birthday" ... I had a problem watching Sex & The City with my mom & dad in the room over Thanksgiving and Samantha was talking about anal sex... yeah, that was rough...

My mom took to me to see American Pie. It was awkward. She thought I didn't get any of the jokes so she tried to explain them to me.

my family makes me feel uncomfortable all the time. here's a quote from my dad..."when are you gonna bring a girl home again so we can hear her again during supper? sounded like you were strangling a cat up there." then gives me a look like "that's my boy"

Haha oh god that's nasty about the glue thing. Anyway, I'm so used to it though I don't get uncomfortable anymore, not since I was little. Me and my mom are more like sisters definatly. About the boogienights thing, it reminds me of something that happened when I was like 9 or something and my mom, dad, and my 15 year old aunt (now 20) were watching that and my dad paused it on that part, and I was in my bedroom playing with barbies or something then I heard them all laughing, and I ran in the living room going "what what!!!" then I was like  . Then I just left, and they laughed at me. That has to be the most uncomfortable thing I dunno! Also, it was pretty embarrassing watching american pie (or wedding, I don't remember) with my best friends dad.
