Long live Michael Chiklis though.

The tv spots really piss me off. 'Four times the FANTASTIC!' That's just shitty work right there. I'd rather sit through four showings of 'Cop and a 1/2' with Burt Reynolds than this shitty shitfest.

on the 4th of July weekend, they had a plane come out near the crowded beaches and make the fantastic 4 symbol in the sky with those clouds (like they use to spell out stuff ya know).

This is a movie I'd to see for fun/entertainment value, and I'd go without any expectations. I'd also have to see it with the right group of friends--friends who like fun summertime types of movies over the character study types.

some dialogue was bleh, but mr fantastic (he was in some other stuff, indie...) is a great actor and dude from nip/tuck is great.
