Has anyone seen one for sale any place?
Im asking because I found one for 50 bucks
and wondering if that is to much.

Value depends on a few things. There are alot of bootlegs around. Read this (http://www.beastiemania.com/collector/bootlegs4.php) at Beastie Mania for your answer.

Beastiemania has loads of good info.

The hip hop sampler comes up on ebay pretty often and they all appear to be bootlegs.

When the ebay seller is a record store, they know what they have if it's real and they would give enough info to prove it up. So if they don't prove it up, it's most likely fake.
