I think my system doesnt have a good reaction to liquid speed.
I drank that crap once and instead of being all energize and all that I got a huge headache, got sick, and fell asleep...
maybe my systems out of whack or maybe thats my bodys sign telling me I should just stick with the over active imagination and access energy God gave me..
i have only had red bull in a jager bomb.
everyone i know has only ever had red bull in a jager bomb.

Try caffeine - the stay awake drug.

I've only ever tried it to see if it will wake me up if I feel tired. It didn't work. I don't know anyone who uses it for sport or any other constructive purpose other than just drinking it.

Drank about 8 of them in one night once, slept like a baby and woke up with what I reckon an ulcer might feel like.
No I never use it to exercise, have had maybe one can of it since that night.

I work nights and I know a couple of people who live on "Rockstar".
I think it's all a bunch of crap though.
All those drinks are just the bastard step-children of the greatest stay-awake drug ever......EPHEDRA!

Sorry if this worries you- it may well not be fact
But- i heard that a rather healthy gym goer in America was working out and doing fairly heavy exercise, while drinking Red Bull, which caused his heart rate to shoot through the roof- had a heart attack- and died
It could well be one of those mumbo jumbo stories, but I was told that from a fairly reliable source and so now I'd be too scared too touch the stuff while exercising.
You know this is gona sound obvious, but water is definately the best thing you can have its gona hydrate you and keep your mind focused- and keep you awake with all the bathroom breaks you'll have to make

thanks alot for answering, guys (y)
the thing is RB majorly sells itself as a drink to consume during sports activities which is the last reason people use it for, i just did a quick little poll on that really, anyways, im not gonna make this a RB thread.

I do. So that's one. I come home from work and I'm tired and I know I need energy for excercise so I drink it for that reason only. I wouldn't drink it otherwise.
