Agreed. For his age and the times, that shit ain't half bad. I've only got that "Woke Up This Morning" track, but it sounds like early nineties meets Zeppelin. Still ahead of it's time for the late eighties if you ask me.

All I'm saying is, if I gave you a CD to play with this music on it and Yauch didn't have anything to do with it, you'd hit eject in less than a minute.

mca was like 24 when he did this stuff. it's just demos. i bet it would have sounded alot better if they did a real album.
they were real lucky to meet up with dust brothers at that time. who knows what their second record would have sounded like if they hadn't hooked up with them.

i actually really enjoyed that track, i dont know whether the fact that its something i didnt know existed added to it, but it was a lot better then i excepted and i actaully prefer the sound of that guitar (or maybe bass) riff on that track then i do in gratitude. theres just something claptonesque about that track. and no im not bullshitting lol
