Now I'm curious, how do they make them?

How does the label stay stuck to the sheet but you are still able to peel them off and stick them somewhere else. Thats some amazing glue technology right there. And having a machine lay down the stickers onto the plastic sheet pefectly? And I'm assuming the stickers are precut and then laid down on the glue sheet. Facinating...
