Ok with all these people posting here that I don't know everything gets a little confusing. So if you want to just put a few words here about who you are and where you from and what you like and don't like and your measures and how you think we could achieve world peace.

I'll go first. Because.

Hi. I'm King of Rock, I'm from Amsterdam, I'm 21, I go to college. I study something that I don't know how to translate but it's like political science... maybe the best translation would be public administration. I'm single because, a lot of stuff didn't work out and fucked up. I like birds, bees, I like people. I listen to a lot of that rap music and I play gta san andreas and in a week I'm off to Italy. That will be all.

Hi. I'm mp-seventythree, I've been here a while (okay a long while), I'm 32, I like cars, music and naked ladies (not necessarily in that order). I work for the British government in a job that has its good and bad sides, but pays pretty well. I've been with my girlfriend Jenn for four years and we're looking for a house together.
Since i've been on this board I've experienced divorce, emigration, repatriation, a one night stand, births (x3), deaths (x2), new relationship, quitting my job, getting a job I really wanted and world travel.
I have a very low tolerance for simpletons, morons and fuckwits.

Thank you

Hello. I am ToucanSpam. Also known as Patrick. I love bass and listen to music pretty much all the time, except when I am sleeping. I have great friends and am loving the university life. I am 19 years old, and I's from Canada. I love pizza, hate people who are music snobs. I drive a Malibu, so you know I'm cool. I love Star Wars like I love nothing else. I love watching kung fu movies with my friends and writing poetry.

I'm Michael. It's actually pronounced phonetically as pmîk’la-zell, so I get kinda annoyed at people that go, hi Mike! I'm pushing 40 and I'm very obnoxious. People generally hate my guts. But women often sigh out loud and pout when I tell them that I'm married. I'm used to it. I like solving mind-benders and drinking straight vodka out of an Evian bottle while I'm at work. I'm kind of proud of the fact that I've never tried crack cocaine, had sex with a man, illicit or otherwise and can count to one million.

That's about the gist of it.

I live in Philadelphia Pa. I am 33 and I have 3 kids ages 13, 11, and 10. I am seperated from my ex-wife and I am currently getting it on with Mae, (in fact I am typing this from her computer)
I have been a fan of the Beasties since LTI.
I work in a lab and earn a modest living, own my own home, and raise my children by myself.
I am the resident Rolling Stones fan on this site.
I like the Ganj.
I have also played GTA San Andreas, but I play it sporadically.
Baseball is my favorite sport.

im zippo, and 10 minutes ago when i looked outside there was sunlight. Writing this during the first darkening minutes of the evening, i am currently procrastinating the last of my finals papers. There is also a recent fight b/w my inner emotions towards the completeness/slowness of eMule. Tomorrow i plan on breaking some more laws, mostly due to Ben Folds´s piano. Journalism continues to inspire me as does working in it. Im 25 and im feeling the cliche, although i suppose i still have lots of years to change the world. I also recently understood what it feels like to stay in one place for years and to have old memories sitting right next to you. I also love the way obsession has strongly come back into my life. Its really dark outside now.

they have really big ears whos length usually reaches close to the bottom of their faces and usually have big, promiment, thick noses and thick eyebrows. The hair style sometimes gives it away, like sort of wavy/curly stiff sort of grown out dark hair that slightly covers the top of their ears. olive skin. and then you can just tell....i can tell. people can tell.

Right now I'm living with my parents, I moved back after my house mate (and good mate) decided to go overseas and I couldn't be bothered finding anyone else, having been tarnished by a bad sharing experience with someone else. I play and mod/make computer games. Just the other day I discovered that I'm a contributor to scorched earth 3d (http://www.scorched3d.co.uk/) with a mod I made being included in the full game :D Little things like that make me feel good (y) I'm single, but when I woke up this morning, I decided that I'm going to change that. I'm Andrew, 18 from Melbourne, Australia. Apparently its the most liveable place in the world, but what does that mean...I mean I'd rather live in the funnest, best, most tasty, etc etc. Liveable is so mediocre :( I'm a first year Arts/Law student. I'm a music snob, a beer snob (well only against one beer, Tooheys new *throws up*), I work in a bottleshop and in my spare time I go to nightclubs and pubs, play pool, a bit of footy, play the guitar, go to as many gigs as possible and play a bit of PS2 while I'm at it. I'm single...possibly because my long hair is getting kinda ratty and oily, but also possibly because I really suck at moving from being friends with a girl to going out, or picking up randoms. In any case, I'm pretty laid back.

I'm Chloe, call me Coco and you die. I'm seventeen-years-old. I am at college studying English Literature, psychology and biology. I will be at another college studying maths again because I keep failing, because I am poo at it. I would like to be a nurse, maybe Children's mental health. Going to university is actually an ambition.

I am materialistic. I love clothes and music. Oh and I'm very small and was thinking this morning I wouldn't mind having my legs extended like they do in China.

I live in Coventry, England. It's alright, actually, it's has it's own war history (it was blitzed by the Germans) so I love reading books about WWII and stuff.

I love the sky.

I'm Jenn, I live in Inwood, Manhattan with my husband and two cats. I'm self-employed as a bookbinder and also do a bit of web design. I like the arts, I like crafts, I've been a music lover my whole life.

I'm a bit of a homebody and my friends will attest to that, it can be hard to get me to come out sometimes. It doesn't help that most of our friends live in Brooklyn and Queens so visiting usually involves over an hour of travel time (each way). I do love to travel and have had some adventures. We have a great trip coming up that will have us doing some canoeing and camping in Maine (y)

As for world peace, Rob's suggestion would be a great start. Bush needs to go and the American people (half of them at least) need to wake up.

There is no such race as "American"

"Native American" or "American Indian" make up a very small porion of the population.

Most of us can trace our ancestors back to European or other countries.

For instance, My father's family is English and German, my mother's family was Irish and English, So I'm 50% English, 25% German, and 25% Irish......

In another generation or two, I imagine it will be very hard for people to keep track of, so we just say were "American"

Hi I'm Justin, I once was a hardcore Buddhist, now I'm what you would call someone who's in touch with their spiritual side. I don't wave my beliefs like a flag anymore as I have found it sparks heated confrontations with people raised to belive there's only one true thing to belive in.

I used to be an Indie Writer/Photographer on music and music culture for my own little zine. But sticking to my original promise to myself that if I hit 30 and the zine wasn't self sustaining yet I'd shut it down, it's done with. Youth culture is a fickle thing and people over 30 start to loose their "cred".

I work in sales now with alruggs who is also my best friend. I have a pretty serious relationship I have been in for 8 months or so and it has it's share of good and bad times like anything else. I also just made a serious leap into renting an actual home for myself as opposed to affordable AKA shitty apartments.

I have a rottweiler who is the coolest dog ever and I'm a big fan of Hornsby's cider, Vodka Sours, and Diet Coke.

Hello. I'm Katy, i'm 31, a sagittarius and i live with my hubby (and pet budgerigar :D ) in Doncaster which is nestled away in South Yorkshire, England.

I work as a System Support Officer in IT for the National Health Service - which is quite amusing seeing as i am shite with computers most of the time. My ideal job would be something creative as i spend a lot of my spare time writing, drawing or making schtuff.

I love laughing, bear hugs, chocolate, day dreaming and ribena.

In that order. :)

I'm trying to recall exactly but i think it was just the country time packets where you're supposed to add sugar except you leave the sugar out. still slightly sweetened but not sugary.

My friend who introduced me to them mas the mixer, I never watched him work.

I don't know exactly what's going on here, or what the format is, but I read the last three or four posts so I'm giving it a shot. Whatever, bitches.

Yo, I'm Adam and I come from a small town near the geographic center of the lower part of Michigan. In my hometown we recently (less than three years) got a real, working stoplight... not just one that blinks. Currently I live in another small town (albeit a LOT bigger than my hometown) called Allendale which is ridiculously close to Grand Rapids, MI. Grand Rapids is the second largest city in Michigan and used to be considered the furniture capital of the USA, so there's a lot of cool stuff to do here, a lot of boring history, and it's a fairly nice area.

I live in this area because I go to Grand Valley State University (http://www.gvsu.edu/) and am majoring in advertising and public relations. I also have a minor in business. I started out as an information systems major, but then I found out that programming is for those hardcore nerds and it just didn't fit my profile enough. So, in the middle of my sophomore year, I had a pre-midlife crisis and freaked out and changed my major. It was one of the smartest things I've ever done. At the rate I'm going, assuming I can get into all the classes I need and complete them on time, I should be out of here within a year or a year and a half. I don't think being done with college in five or five and a half years is a bad thing, so I'm pretty happy. It could be worse.

After I'm done with my degree here I'm thinking about moving down to Florida to get another degree in recording arts. Maybe I'll try and get a "real" job while I'm down there at the same time, but we'll see how that goes.

Assuming the whole recording arts thing goes alright, once I'm done with Florida I'll be packing up my things once again and either moving to Nashville, TN or Los Angeles, CA (or more likely one of the surrounding areas). I'm really pushing for the last one though. I'd like to get a job in a studio, eventually own my own studio, and start a record label in there somewhere... possibly my own advertising and promotion agency as well.

I could write more, but I think that's enough for y'all. Unless there's a huge demand for me to come back and finish my autopbigraphy, I wouldn't count on it.

its dejavu! I have this conversation about, oh, once a month due to the complication of my background, and everytime someone says this, I always tell them that mine says I was born in Argentina but the only thing i have in common with the country is the years ive lived there. I definetly believe that its where your family is from (unless youve also grown up in the place and feel you belong to it), and that we shouldnt let a mere coincidence decide our identity...there probably are about 20 people in the world that share such a complicated background as mine.

Yes I was. But my heritage doesnt come from here. My mother's grandparents came over from Italy, and My father came here from Germany. He was born in France, but he isnt French.

Ok, now I have a stupid question- who's heritage IS from America? My ancestors came from Germany, therefore I am German, but I was born in America. Everyone from America came from SOMEWHERE, right? It's not like anyone is full blooded American- how could 2 people just suddenly be only from America and reproduce children from America, so they are just "American"?

Good day. My name is Anouk and I come from a city called Rotterdam in the west of The Netherlands. I am 20 years old, and am a cancer, which means you have to be nice to me or I will cry.
I spend my days listening to music, watching vague comedy shows, selling people coffee/candy/cigs/sammiches and chatting to the guy who is the other half of the board couple.

Likes: Weirdness, loud music, chocolate, biting my fingernails, eating, sleeping, sucking my thumb, Simon Pegg, the smell of my own farts, picking my nose.

Dislikes: Stupidness, boring music, broccoli, having itchy toes, going to work, not living in England, sluts, Tom Cruise, the smell of other peoples farts, accidentally biting my tongue.
