They're actually a really well respected company who do some fucking expensive modifications. Jamie (the guy who owns it) is world famous for his re-trimming skills, he did an apprenticeship with Rolls Royce, then went to Aston Martin before starting his own company.
There's something like a two year waiting list to get work done by Carisma.

Well they were actually on a motorbike at traffic lights, they pulled up next to Westwood's Range Rover and opened fire. But I think he had blacked out windows and it was at night anyway, so they couldn't actually see anything. They just let off a few rounds into the driver's door and rode off. Westwood was hit in the arm...
