They have dissappeared from my account. I wonder if they've asked imageshack to do that? Why didn't they rather contact me first if they don't like it? Or is it just temporary? And why did they keep the first one?

They may not have like it becasue your accessing an image folder on a server for a website that not yours, and then posting the pictures for the whole world to see. I could be wrong, but that might be it...

Maybe you should have contacted them first to see if they liked you downloading pictures that they took with thier camera and putting them in your image shack account before you took them.

I don't know how they did that, but the reason might be that they want people to visit the site instead of coming here. I think it's also the reason why they put them there in the first place.

This is the internet!!! If you post a picture somewhere there's always someone who's saved it! And I wasn't linking to their site....
