Are you daft enough to even consider listening to a group that features a member of the unholy harbingers of grunge? Trash like him are the primary reason that music has stagnated after 1989. He and his like-minded cronies should be lined up and shot like the dogs that they are.

I have enjoyed seeing them live and probably will go again if they actually do the acoustic shows they talked about. But frankly, the longer they put off the US tour, the less interested I am.

I bought the new CD out of habit, didn't like the little I listened to, and haven't been in the mood since.

true story.....i got pics to back it up......i was supposed to be a guest on the Tonight Show......but they ran out of time...anyway......i was backstage with the guests and got to hang in the back lot.......i met the waynes bros. and the foo fighters.......even gave dave g. my demo......

so......

were leaving and i'm in the limo behind the fighters.......there's this old guy with a guitar waiting for to get signed.......i told the driver that he probably doesn't even know the band and he'll just put the autographed guitar on ebay......so they sign it and drive off.....and we pull up.......i ask him if he wants me to sign it.....he said 'are you in the band'.....i say yes...people start takin my picture...and i sign is 'cj hood'........weeks later it shows up on ebay........with all of our pictures and autos.......

It seems like in the single Dave Grohl is trying really really hard to do a sort of shrill metal voice, and my friend who has the album told me that the whole first disc is like that. I don't really get why he'd do that, it's not like he's a bad singer or like they lack some kind of rock street cred, so why the shrieking?
