I find it interesting that there can be all sorts of drama between and amongst board members and then, like a bad hairday, it's over...

If I happen to be involved, I either have a renewed interest and maybe even respect for the person that I had a conflict with or I may detest them - never to read a post from them again...

If I happen to just be the spectator, I find it entertaining to watch the recovery... One may decide to slowly crawl back toward the other, taking care to maybe not make direct eye contact, but nudging the other with their nose to let them know they are wanting to play nice again...

I always wonder if I am the only one thinking that it's odd that so-and-so are talking again or if so is trying to talk and the other so is ignoring them, etc.
